Role: Data Analyst
Length: Until 31/03/2025 - with a view to extend
Location: Hybrid - Manchester
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Pay Rate: £400 - £449 per day
One of my public sector clients are currently looking for a Data Analyst. They are looking for a Data Analyst to join them on a hybrid basis with travel to office 2/3 days per week in either Manchester. This engagement will run until 31/03/2025 - with a view to extend
They are interested in Data Analysts with experience of working in an Agile environment amongst multi-disciplinary teams. Past experience of working within the public sector would be ideal, but not necessary, my client is more interested with candidates who have experience working with high volumes of data.
Essential Skills:

Knowledge of SQL

A data purist - has lived in world where data is massive.

Understands how data is organised.

Able to work with moving high volumes of complex data.

Handling data

Confident to produce findings and communicate them to stakeholders.

Preparing documents that have not previously existed such as:

Data Dictionaries

Data Catalogues

Data Architecture

Business Data Model

Logical Data Model
