People & Culture Manager (part-time)

Our North East based client offers its innovative and popular b2c software solution via a subscription model and is targeted at diet and health-conscious consumers across the UK and beyond. They now seek to appoint a People & Culture Manager to embed their common-sense values across the business.

As People & Culture Manager, you will:

  • Manage all people processes, including absence and DEI
  • Take responsibility for recruitment
  • Monitor performance management and reward management
  • Manage Payroll and compensation
  • Handle employee relations
  • Support line managers to develop their teams
  • Ensure the company is perceived as an Employer of Choice
  • Recruit an assistant to your team

As People & Culture Manager, you will need:

  • Background in operational people management
  • CIPD Level 5
  • Experience implementing a range of people processes
  • Experience managing employee relations
  • Knowledge of UK Employment Law
  • Understanding of best practice in reward and recognition

Salary & benefits:
