Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Vending Service Assistant to join our passionate and driven team based at our client's site in Coventry.
As a Vending Services Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to ensure our vending machines and coffee service points are fully stocked and operational. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for reliability and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Replenish vending machines and coffee service points with snacks, drinks, and other items daily.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure machines are clean and functioning correctly.
- Collect and report machine earnings and stock levels.
- Assist in the restaurant area with general catering duties as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and feedback promptly.
- Work closely with the catering team to support various tasks and ensure seamless service delivery.
About You:
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Must be physically fit to handle stock replenishment tasks.
