Description
- End-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Handle payroll queries and provide timely solutions.
- Assist with the preparation of year-end reports.
- Coordinate with HR for payroll-related updates and changes.
- Contribute to the improvement of payroll systems and procedures.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll information.
- Assist in internal and external audits when necessary.
Profile
A successful Payroll Executive should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in payroll software.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of payroll regulations and procedures.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary in the range of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum.
- 20 days of annual leave, in addition to bank holidays.
- Free parking at the city centre location in Doncaster.
- Regular working hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
