Commercial Litigation Solicitor/Associate - Cirencester

The right candidate for this role will be 2-4 years post-qualified, with a proven ability to work within a fast-paced environment and managing a large case load.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, from inception to resolution, demonstrating high-level legal expertise and strategic thinking.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research, draft legal documents, and provide sound legal advice to clients, ensuring the highest standards of representation.
- Collaborate closely with clients, legal experts, and stakeholders to build robust cases and resolve commercial disputes effectively.
- Actively contribute to the development and implementation of case strategies and legal solutions to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative work environment.
