Package: £25-27K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (£45K OTE Year 1) (£55K OTE Year 2) (£70K OTE Year 3)

The Role - Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates and matching them to relevant job opportunities
- Bringing onboard new clients and building relationships with new and existing clients
- Negotiating, influencing and persuading where appropriate to achieve the best outcome

- 2:1 at Degree Level or 2 Years Sales Experience
