Family Solicitor
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Solicitor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in family law and a proven track record of success in handling a variety of family law cases.
Location: North Manchester
PQE: 3 Years PQE
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, Financial settlement, Cohabitation, TOLATA claims, injunctions, children -liviing arrangement and other issues, adoption, and domestic violence cases.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring their best interests are always prioritised.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare cases for court proceedings.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other professionals to achieve favourable outcomes for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, documentation, and correspondence.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of experience practicing family law.
- Strong knowledge of family law principles, procedures, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and client confidentiality.
