Our client, a London-based tax boutique, is seeking an experienced Tax Partner level consultant to join their team of experts. This is an exciting opportunity for a legally qualified professional to develop their practice while working flexibly in a collaborative environment.
Position Overview
As a Consultant, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standard of corporate tax work, providing technical expertise in Corporate M&A and Real Estate transactions, and servicing the significant workflow generated centrally.
Responsibilities
- Develop a practice facilitating flexible and home working
- Provide technical expertise in Corporate M&A transactions
- Offer expertise in Real Estate transactions
- Service significant workflow generated centrally for partners
Requirements
- Legally qualified solicitor or barrister
- Minimum of 12 years PQE experience
- Strong technical excellence in Corporate M&A transactions
- Expertise in Real Estate transactions
