Experienced Senior Planner required for an immediate start!
Overview:
- 6-8 months
- Hybrid working (2 days on site per week)
- MRTPI or equivalent required
- Immediate start
- £40 p/h Umbrella- Inside IR35
Our Local Government Client in Essex seek a capable Senior Planner o contribute to their driven and growing team focused on supporting Local Plan execution
You will be required to:
- Working at pace on the delivery of new policy
- support the Local Plan preparation
- Evidence gathering and assimilation
- Policy development
- Providing baseline data and detailed analysis of evidence to inform decisions
- Working on PPAs and allocations as part of this rol
You will require:
- MRTPI Qualified (or equivalent) Policy Planner
- Local Plan experience would be ideal (we are currently up to regulation 18)
Key Tasks below:
