In this role, you'll be responsible for providing essential clerical and administrative support to the team. Your day-to-day tasks will include opening, sorting, and logging post, assisting with overflow telephone queries from union members, and forwarding details to the appropriate colleagues. You'll also follow up with written correspondence via email or letter and manage tasks within our internal systems — don't worry, full training will be provided.
We're looking for someone who is confident using office equipment and proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. You'll need strong time management skills, a keen eye for detail, and a problem-solving mindset. If you're someone who can work independently, communicates clearly, and is always eager to learn, you'll fit right in. Previous office experience is helpful but not essential — we'll support you every step of the way.
