Role Overview
We're currently looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our busy Esher office, across the Elmbridge area. You will be responsible for liaising and negotiating directly with our clients as well as managing the Lettings process ensuring we are compliant and providing exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the success of the company.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving license unless excluded under DVLA disability rules
- Prior experience as a Lettings Negotiator

Team Overview:
Our team comprises one Head of Department, two Negotiators, one Lettings Coordinator and one Property Manager. We work closely with our colleagues in our Lettings head office in Richmond, including Tenancy Progression, Renewals, Property Management, Client Accounts and our Client Services department.
