Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue sales and rental opportunities within your designated area.
- Respond promptly to incoming leads and inquiries from the Head Office.
- Utilize effective questioning techniques to secure new sales contracts.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Depots, back office, warehouse) to align customer targeting and operational capabilities.
- Support customer retention efforts alongside the Customer Support Team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and agreements.
- Adhere to pricing guidelines and service level agreements.
- Record all activities in Salesforce.
Key Tasks:
- Represent our sales and rental offerings professionally within your territory.
- Maximize sales targets through new business development.
- Efficiently plan your workdays to optimize productivity.
- Trips all over Scotland to see customers and support junior staff
- Follow income priorities as communicated by the business strategy.
- Ensure accurate contract paperwork for smooth customer experiences.
- Collaborate with Customer Support for national key accounts.
- Manage journey plans to achieve coverage targets.
- Respond promptly to Head Office leads.
- Actively prospect for new income streams.
- Provide precise reporting to the Head of Customer Support.
- Attend regular meetings and reviews.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
- Clean driving license.
- Demonstrable experience in a new business development role
- Flexibility to travel and undertake overnight stays on business
