Our client, a leading Global company is seeking a Warehouse Operations and Stores Coordinator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to contribute to a dynamic work environment that values innovation and sustainability.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage consumables stock and oversee daily picking and dispatch of sales orders.
- Process and manage invoices using SAP.
- Replenish stocks and manage stock purchase orders.
- Operate a Reach Forklift Truck (FLT), with training provided if necessary.
- Assist with unloading deliveries and performing manual handling tasks.
- Conduct stock checks, rotation, and inventory management.
- Handle goods receipt processes in SAP and sign off on purchase invoices.
- Perform Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) and ensure the upkeep of the warehouse.
Candidate Requirements:
- A Forklift License is a plus, though training will be offered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail, organised, and able to work independently.
- Ability to carry out manual tasks, such as heavy lifting.
