Receptionist

I am currently working with a professional services organisation based in Liverpool who are looking for a temporary receptionist on a full-time basis.
Your new role
The main purpose of your role is to provide an excellent front-of-house service for clients and customers both face to face and over the phone. Your main responsibilities will include: meeting and greeting, answering phone calls, transferring to relevant colleagues, managing meeting rooms and answering any general enquiries. You may also be expected to undertake some general administrative duties to support the team where relevant.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous experience in a reception role, ideally within a corporate/professional services organisation. You will be presentable and able to demonstrate excellent communication skills along with a confident telephone manner.
What you'll get in return
This is a temporary position expected to last up to 4 weeks with the potential for extension. Full-time hours 9-5, based in Liverpool city centre. This role is fully office based. Hourly rate of £13/hour plus holiday pay.
