This global legal business are looking to attract a Real Estate Senior Associate (5+ years PQE) to join the Real Estate Public Sector team at an award-winning global legal business.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide range of high quality legal work, lots of client contact, and will benefit from the ongoing support from the team.

The Team

  • The Government & Public Sector team brings together expertise in national, regional and local government, healthcare, education, charities and social enterprise.
  • They combine vast experience across the many different strands of the Public Sector, working both on behalf of public bodies, quasi-public bodies and institutions, as well as with private sector suppliers and partners that rely on them.
  • The Public Sector team provide clients with a full range of legal services such as grant funding, major infrastructure and regeneration projects, real estate support and development, planning, commercial and construction advice.

About you

  • Candidates who have a broad range of Real Estate experience.
  • Public Sector experience would be useful as would prior exposure to undertaking corporate support work.
  • Ambitious, self-starter who wants to take on more responsibility and who enjoys developing client relationships.
  • Having a proactive approach and being able to operate in a high performing, busy environment is key to success in this role. We are also keen to hear from candidates who share our values of teamwork and client focus.
