Day to Day of the Role:
- Increase profitability by identifying key market opportunities and leading your own billings.
- Gain a thorough understanding of your marketplace through continuous research.
- Provide strategic consultative advice to clients and oversee multiple practices within the Technology sector.
- Support and mentor team members across the region in your specialist area.
- Conduct client meetings to develop business and maintain a strong professional network.
- Lead the team to meet activity targets, KPIs, and sales forecasts.
- Win new business with innovative approaches and strengthen existing client relationships.
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds client expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in 360 recruitment and managing teams of recruiters in both permanent and contract positions.
- Demonstrated expertise as a recruiter in the Tech market.
- Experience managing a team or branch with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong business development skills with a creative and proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt based on the situation.
- Commercially focused with a deep understanding of the recruitment industry.
