Main Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to strengthen our organization by attracting, identifying, recruiting, and hiring top talent to meet our staffing needs. The ideal candidate will implement a robust recruitment strategy, ensuring we attract and retain the right quality of candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers and other team members to understand job requirements, conduct candidate assessments, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying Needs: Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and selection criteria.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize online channels and professional networks to find potential applicants.
  • Creating Materials: Write job descriptions, interview questions, and prepare application forms and resumes.
  • Evaluating Candidates: Screen and assess CVs, portfolios, and references to shortlist suitable candidates. Identify appropriate assessment methods to evaluate the applicant's suitability and aptitude for the role.
  • Interviewing: Conduct phone and in-person interviews with applicants.
  • Developing Strategies: Create effective recruitment strategies and policies for talent assessment, benchmarking, and interviews.
  • Building a Pipeline: Attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Representing the Company: Act as a representative of the company to potential applicants, ensuring a positive candidate experience and conveying the company's brand.
  • Strategic Staffing: Ensure that staffing needs are met with a long-term strategy in mind. Provide input into retention strategies alongside line managers.
  • Industry Insights: Offer insights into company structures within the same industry, benchmarking salary, benefits, and contractual terms and conditions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Two or three years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role.
  • Familiarity with relevant employment laws.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
  • Experience in working with universities.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends. Experience in maintaining records of interview notes from all staff members, creating a policy for retention aligned with GDPR.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in recruitment for due diligence is desirable.
