Your New Role
As a Junior HR Advisor, you will provide advice and guidance on HR matters in line with policies, procedures and employment law, with the support of an HR Advisor.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support with a busy ER work workload and work closely with the HR Advisors and administrators
- Assist with exit interviews
- Support employees through maternity and paternity processes
- Support in fostering a culture of employee engagement, wellbeing and inclusiveness
- Support the wider HR team with involvement in HR projects
- Update and maintain HR System
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Proven experience in an HR support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A relevant HR qualification (CIPD Level 3 or above) is desirable but not essential.
