Totum Partners is pleased to work with a leading law firm to recruit a Revenue Manager to lead a billing, WIP, and credit control team.
The ideal Revenue Manager will be responsible for:
- Lead team in Billing & WIP Management.
- Engage with stakeholders to align financial goals.
- Manage WIP portfolio.
- Implement strategies to reduce WIP days and enhance cash collection.
- Coordinate billing requests and collaborate with partners and finance teams.
- Provide insightful reports to senior leadership.
- Develop processes for efficiency and client experience.
- Ensure internal controls are in place.
- Identify client onboarding roadblocks and action plans.
- Establish service level agreements and manage service delivery.
- Monitor WIP balances and support billing challenges.
The ideal Revenue Manager will have:
- Experience in Management in the finance team
- Worked within Legal or Professional Services
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
