We are currently recruiting for a claims negotiator who will act as a broker for numerous claims & insurance processes on a B2C basis. This role will fully involve handling high-priority consumer cases, & authorising payouts/closures on a number of high volume claims. The ideal suitor will have full in-depth knowledge of validity processes, authorisation queries, consumer care procedures, liability rights, & property insurance.

Description
- Processing and settling insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner
- Providing excellent customer service to clients
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and legal regulations pertaining to debt collection.
- Monitor and analyse customer accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- Develop and implement effective recovery strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to the collection team.
- Working collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals
- Adhering to company guidelines and industry regulations
- Reporting to the customer service manager on project progress
- Identifying potential issues and suggesting appropriate solutions
- Participating in training and development activities
- Maintaining accurate records of all claims

Job Offer
- Basic salary of £28,00.
- 5% discretionary bonus.
