We are delighted to be working with this Lincolnshire based law firm. They are recruiting for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their large team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
Typical duties include:
- Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property
- Dealing with lease extensions
- Re-mortgages
- New build, shared ownership and help to buy matters
- Transfers of equity
- Picking up and developing a full caseload
- Preparing and undertaking necessary searches
- Ensuring that Estate Agents are regularly updated and work to build good relations with local agents
- Dealing with all enquiries
- Dealing with exchange, completion and post completion related correspondence and formalities
Candidate specification:
- A minimum of 3 years PQE
- Experience working within Conveyancing
- Team player
- Well organised
- Ability to go above and beyond for clients
- Ideally have experience in supervising more junior members
- Experience with Business development
