We are seeking a passionate Physiotherapist to join a dedicated Community Rehabilitation Service in Glastonbury. If you have a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialist assessment and treatment to patients referred to the hospital.
- Provide expert physiotherapy treatment and advice to a diverse patient group.
- Community rehab experience essential, including falls, frailty, MSK, and neuro conditions.
- Participate in triage, assessing and referring patients to the appropriate services.
- Offer guidance and support to families, carers, and the multi-disciplinary team.
- Manage a caseload of patients, with autonomy in triage, referral, and discharge.
- Support junior staff and students in their development.
