Our client is an innovative and fast-growing startup based in London. Dedicated to B2B SaaS Clients. Our client is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative to join their small, growing, team and help them expand presence in the US market.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will play a critical role our clients growth strategy by generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth in the US market. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads, and setting up sales meetings with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings and value proposition
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities via phone, email, and social media to generate new business leads
  • Research and identify potential customers in the US market
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and pain points, and articulate how our solutions can address them
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and nurture them through the sales pipeline
  • Schedule sales meetings and demos with qualified prospects for the Account Executive team
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies and campaigns
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities in the CRM system
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and sales meetings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of 1 year in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to align with the US market time zones
