About Bonjour Residences
Bonjour Residences is a serviced accommodation provider in Edinburgh. Our mission is to provide a one of a kind experience for our guests while adding our unique French touch. The team has 20 units so far and has been experiencing tremendous growth since inception.
We are now growing our team and looking for passionate, creative people to join us on our journey. As our operations manager you'll become the hub of the company, touching base with all areas of the business.

What you'll do
- Ensure that all our properties are in great shape and all guest queries are responded to in record time. This will be measured through guest feedback, reviews etc.
- Liaise with all team members to ensure they are operating at maximum efficiency, and provide guidance where required.
- Manage our property manager assistants, helping them plan their day-to-day activities
- Liaise with suppliers, landlords and management clients
- Continue the upgrading and optimising of our software ecosystem (Guesty and more - Training/SOPs will be provided)
- Oversee any recruitment for the company, this includes; writing job descriptions, posting ads online, scheduling interviews and using discovery calls to create a shortlist of the best candidates
- Approve timesheets and manage budgets for the property management team
- Optimise cost structure and revenue strategies

- An efficient multitasker, able to make key decisions seamlessly on multiple projects.
Employment Details
- Salary: Competitive
- Position based in Edinburgh
- Full-Time 9am - 6pm Position
- Flexible hours as long as your deliverables are met
- Out of hours work may be required time to time (i.e., weekends)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
