**Service Manager - Specialist Neurorehabilitation

Location: Horsham (Broadbridge Heath area)
Salary: Up to £49,440 per annum + £1 per hour location allowance
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

**Lead a specialist team making a real difference

Are you an experienced and passionate leader in health and social care looking for your next challenge? We are recruiting for a Service Manager to lead a specialist residential neurorehabilitation service supporting adults with acquired brain injuries.

You'll be managing a dedicated team of Rehabilitation Support Workers alongside a skilled multi-disciplinary clinical team, including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and speech and language therapists. Together, you'll help residents build independence and achieve their recovery goals in a structured and supportive environment.

**What you'll be doing:

  • Oversee all operational and care-related aspects of the residential service
  • Inspire, develop, and lead a high-performing team
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred rehabilitation and support
  • Manage change and continuously improve outcomes for residents
  • Promote and represent the service to commissioners and stakeholders
  • Monitor budgets, ensure compliance, and uphold care standards

**What we're looking for:

  • QCF (NVQ) Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent (essential)
  • Registered Manager status (or eligibility to register)
  • Proven experience managing residential services, ideally across multiple sites
  • Strong financial and operational management experience
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Commitment to person-centred, independence-building care
