Growth, investment, desire for change and plenty of room to make an impact – this role has all the attributes fast track your career. If you're an HRBP on upward career trajectory, this role will give you all opportunity to expand your experience, enhance your CV and carve out a bigger role within the function. Oh, and it's working for the most exciting division of a well-known brand.

Divisional HR Business Partner

West Midlands

Permanent

Hybrid with travel

£60,000-£70,000 + car allowance + bonus

This HRBP role, over the course of the next 2 years, will give you a chance to land projects and deliver in key areas to bolster your CV. Following a 12 month period of significant investment in the wider HR function, and in particular the centres of excellence, you will partner the fastest growing division of the business and lead on a number of HR initiatives that will future proof the business and raise all key HR and business metrics.

Year 1 is expected to see you take part in a large piece of OD and establish new structures, recalibrate what top performance looks like and lead on a number of engagement exercises to ensure a consistent direction of travel for what, until recently, was a division made up of lots of isolated teams.

Beyond the immediate projects, you will work closely with the talent and reward teams to establish a renewed presence in the talent market – with a particular focus on new apprenticeship offerings and building up a new employee value proposition outside of the business' historic core division.

Who are we looking to speak to?

HR Business Partners with experience in fast paced B2C environments, comfortable working in a multi-site environment which will require regular travel. You'll have led on projects in the past and have a strong generalist background. CIPD would be advantageous, as would experience of delivering OD and change projects in a business going through harmonisation post-acquisition.
