Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting customers over the phone and by email
- Handling queries, issues, and billing questions with professionalism
- Performing credit checks and updating customer records
- Collaborating with couriers to ensure successful deliveries
- Producing reports and supporting the wider team with admin tasks
- Keeping systems and documentation up to date
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an office/administration role
- A confident phone manner - you're comfortable talking to customers
- Strong IT skills - confident with Microsoft Office and picking up new systems
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and take ownership of your work
