SPD is a joint venture business between P&G and Abbott and our brand Clearblue is recognised the world over as providing accurate home pregnancy and fertility monitoring tests.
We are recruiting for a Fulfilment Administrator to join our Customer Support team on an 8-month Fixed Term Contract. We are seeking a collaborative individual to work as part of a dynamic team to add value to people's reproductive health.
This role manages the picking and packaging of free-of-charge product and retrieval packs to customers, as well as managing refund requests from customers and processing returned products for further investigation. You will be responsible for managing stock rotation and preparing materials for posting items.
Compliance is key, and we are looking for an individual who has high attention to detail and is well organised to effectively multi-task to meet the targets and satisfy the needs of the team and our customers. We are looking for someone who has an analytical and logical approach to work and has good IT skills and written English.
