Our corporate clients span various industries, including banking, finance, and insurance. The duration of roles can range from last-minute, one-day assignments to 6-month maternity covers or ongoing positions.
The role involves greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and handling various administrative tasks. Ideal candidates should have a friendly demeanour, great attention to detail, and a professional telephone manner. This position offers an immediate start, competitive pay between £13.15 and £15 per hour plus holiday pay, and the potential for ongoing temporary work.

Key Duties:
- Meet and greet members of the public and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Manage emails, ensuring timely responses and organisation.
- Book and coordinate meeting rooms, ensuring all necessary equipment is prepared.
- Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support the team with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
Requirements:
