This is an excellent chance for proven partner or senior associate to become part of a forward-thinking Legal 500 law firm within their acclaimed Dispute Resolution division, which provides high-quality specialist legal counsel to a diverse clientele of High Net Worth individuals and businesses.
The contentious trusts and probate team addresses a comprehensive range of issues, including advising on the dismissal of executors and trustees, disputes over Power of Attorney, court of protection, succession conflicts, defending beneficiary claims. as well as Inheritance Act claims.

- Partner in Contentious Trusts and Probate or Senior Associate ready to take a step up.
- Exceptional technical skills, business awareness, and a drive for business growth
- Capacity to handle a diverse array of trust and probate matters from start to finish
- Ability to collaborate with a team to nurture and expand the department
- Track record of success in high-stakes and intricate cases
