Lettings Administrator

Responsive Personnel are currently looking for an experienced Full time Lettings Administrator for our well established client in Swindon.

**Duties & responsibilities:

  • Liaising between tenants and landlords to negotiate terms of tenancy and renewals when applicable
  • Managing client paperwork and bookings with all required information
  • Assisting in office organisation, reception and registration of tenants
  • Process rent payments, deposits and other charges
  • Dealing with Landlord, Tenant and Applicant enquiries.
  • Arranging and carrying out viewings with prospective Tenants
  • Liaise with tenants and landlords regarding financial matters
  • Matching tenants to the right properties and providing them with property information

Key Skills and requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High standard of customer care and service provision.
  • To have good IT skills and to be a proficient user of Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
  • Must have lettings or property experience
  • Good Administrative skills

Location: Swindon

Monday to Friday/Full Time

Salary: Starting from £23,000
