Responsive Personnel are currently looking for an experienced Full time Lettings Administrator for our well established client in Swindon.
**Duties & responsibilities:
- Liaising between tenants and landlords to negotiate terms of tenancy and renewals when applicable
- Managing client paperwork and bookings with all required information
- Assisting in office organisation, reception and registration of tenants
- Process rent payments, deposits and other charges
- Dealing with Landlord, Tenant and Applicant enquiries.
- Arranging and carrying out viewings with prospective Tenants
- Liaise with tenants and landlords regarding financial matters
- Matching tenants to the right properties and providing them with property information
Key Skills and requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High standard of customer care and service provision.
- To have good IT skills and to be a proficient user of Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Must have lettings or property experience
- Good Administrative skills
Location: Swindon
Monday to Friday/Full Time
Salary: Starting from £23,000
