Private Client Lawyer

Our client is looking for a motivated and ambitious Private Client Lawyer to join their Legal 500 ranked and award-winning team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with a passion for private client law to develop their career in a supportive and high-achieving environment.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Provide expert legal advice in all aspects of private client law, including drafting simple and complex wills, lifetime tax planning, administration of estates, powers of attorney, elderly client matters, and court of protection.
- Maintain high levels of organisation and familiarity with regulatory compliance procedures, Lexcel, and ISO standards.
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in private client work and maintain billing levels in line with agreed targets.
- Utilise great IT skills to effectively use case management systems and software.
- Emphasise excellent client relationships and care, ensuring a people-friendly approach as a team player.
- Be proactive in seeking new business opportunities and contributing to the development of the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Sound knowledge and experience in all aspects of private client law.
- Highly organised with an understanding of regulatory compliance procedures, Lexcel, and ISO standards.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and accurately.
- Proficient IT skills and experience with case management systems.
- Strong team player with excellent client relationship and care skills.
- Proactive in business development and team growth.
