Reed Food & FMCG are recruiting for an NPD Manager for a growing drinks company with lots of potential to keep winning new business. This person will be working directly with clients to create brand new sweet drinks for the UK market.
Salary: £60-70k - depends on experience.
Location: Suffolk
Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours with some flexibility on offer for candidates.
The role:
To lead the team to successfully develop new products to match customer requirements and meet project briefs in order to win new business.
The requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar Manager role. Usually, my client likes to give people the opportunity to step up, but this role is too critical for future growth - so they need someone ready-made to lead.
