Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through warm leads and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Secure new business appointments for potential clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for increasing market share.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
