Training Co-ordinator

Are you a highly organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting learning and development initiatives?

Tate have partnered with a leading pharmaceutical business to recruit a Training Co-Ordinator, to provide comprehensive administrative support to their Learning & Development team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of training programs and processes within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for in-market, cluster, and global teams.
  • Assist with course setup, reporting, and management of learner packs, including exam reports and learner credits.
  • Maintain records on internal systems and processes such as GCMA, DK1, Docusign and more.
  • Coordinate translations and manage GCMA training materials approvals.
  • Provide logistical support for meetings, training sessions, and manage the team's MS-SharePoint intranet.
  • Handle training provider submissions and manage exams efficiently.
  • Assist with the eLearning Factory (eLF) platform administrative process.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to learn and navigate new systems quickly, with experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS and Qstream as a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS-SharePoint and experience in data reporting and analysis.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Experience in translations management and training support is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
