Role: HW Design Engineer (Ericsson)
Location: Reading - Hybrid 2-3 days in office
Rate: Up to £350.00 per day
Duration: 6 - 12 months with very good possibility of extension

Job Description:
Our client seeks an experienced HW Design Engineer with experience of working on Ericsson HW.
Should have experience in the below:
- High Level and Low Level Design for Nokia and Ericsson HW.
- Provide the required HW dimensioning per Software release for initial network deployments, this include but is not limited to Base Band capacity, Radio Units design, the logic connections, synchronisation for different technologies (2G,3G,4G,5G,NB-IoT).
- Produce the necessary site design documentation for all the HW and SW configuration required. Including the HLD and LLD design for different scenarios of Base Band, Radio Unit, Bandwidth, cells and sectors, technologies, MIMO required by the customer.
- Ability to test/validate the HW solution with the required configurations. Monitor the relevant equipment network KPIs
- Produce the necessary HW capacity dimensioning for capacity expansion and the design of the solution
