We are a boutique finance and banking recruitment agency with over 20 years in the business, and we specialise in connecting our clients to top tier talent.

We are looking for driven, passionate and enthusiastic candidates to join the team. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety or roles, including resourcing new candidates, formatting candidate applications, telephone calls to explain job specs and producing jobs adverts for new roles.

Key Responsibilities of the Recruitment Administrator to include:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards and social media, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Application Management: Handle the administration of applications, including reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
  • Database Maintenance: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support to Recruitment Consultants: Assist consultants with administrative tasks, such as preparing job descriptions, posting job ads, and coordinating interviews.

Requirements for the successful candidate:

  • Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
