I am working for a successful managing agent based in zone 2/3 London, who are looking for an experienced residential property manager with strong leasehold knowledge to join the department and manage their own portfolio.
The portfolio will be roughly 500-600 units all located in Central London, and will be made up of a mix of different residential property types, leaning towards larger, more complex sites.
Location: SW London (2 days in the office, 3 days WFH)

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintenance of the buildings and communal areas
- Liaising with contractors regarding maintenance
- Overseeing major works and serving Section 20 notices
- Site visits to ensure good building condition
- Managing onsite staff, including concierge, cleaners and maintenance
- Maintaining health and safety regulations and legislation
- Producing and managing service charge budgets across the portfolio
Key skills required:
- Significant experience managing a large leasehold portfolio
- IRPM Qualification (preferred but not essential)
- Strong customer service and communicative skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong budgeting and financial management experience
