Our Client are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and talented Technical project Consultant to join our Technical projects team based at our Princes Risborough office.

As a member of the Project Team, it is your job to provide technical expertise to all areas of the project development and delivery process, this includes initial presales technical requests and full solution designs and specifications for larger projects and tenders.

Responsibilities

  • Help manage the communication workflow for projects and presales related work
  • Be a key contact for project related queries and issues
  • Work as part of the Project Team in Princes Risborough, always ensuring the customer experience is handled professionally and appropriately in terms of timely response, clear communication, and action plans to address any concerns and questions that are raised
  • Provide great communication with schools and internal teams, ensuring schools and TIO teams are always kept up to date with relevant information
  • Ensure TIO staff are aware of project processes and procedures offering guidance and training where required
  • Ensure all project documentation is kept up to date in a well written and professional manner.
  • Ensuring all parties are aware of project status and actions being taken, enabling tracking and reporting on the customer experience and monitor response times.
  • Prioritise and manage workload effectively, managing several open projects of various sizes simultaneously

Skills/Abilities

  • Strong experience working on projects and project management processes
  • Very organised with the ability to understand and create detailed project plans and schedules of work
  • Outstanding levels of customer service with positive and pro-active communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience of managing ICT projects from inception through to completion
  • Demonstrable ability to make proactive decisions
  • Flexible and approachable
  • Committed to make a positive impact to project processes and the projects team
  • Adaptable and able to cope with change including travelling to a variety of schools, within the area
  • Able to work independently and good at planning and organising own time effectively
  • Excellent team player
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others within a team
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

The role is office based at their Princes Risborough with a small amount of hybrid working.

The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.

In return, they are offering a salary between £28,000 - £38,000 negotiable for the right person, benefits include pension scheme, Benefits & Wellbeing Hub including an electric/hybrid car leasing scheme, cycle scheme, eye care voucher scheme, employee assistance programme, employee recognition platform and online retail discount vouchers.
