Who are we looking for?
- An experienced property manager with at least 1 years' experience
- Driven and motivated individual
- An effective communicator
- Empathetic and approachable attitude
- A sense of humour
- Someone who is positive
- UK Drivers Licence
What will you be responsible for?
- Managing a busy and demanding portfolio
- Advertising and marketing available properties
- Arranging viewings
- Securing successful tenancies
- Carrying out rental appraisals
- Liaising with tenants and landlords
- Resolving any disputes between both parties
- Carrying out inspections/check in and check out reports
- Dealing with deposits
