Technical Support Analyst

Hayley Group Limited has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Analyst to join our well-established and experienced IT team based at our Halesowen branch. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

About the role:

As our Technical Support Analyst, you will have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, with Windows Server knowledge being advantageous. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is looking to develop their skills and progress within a dynamic and growing business.

Working hours: 41 hours per week Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 4 Saturday mornings.

Key responsibilities as our Technical Support Analyst will include:

  • IT support provided by phone, face to face and electronically.
  • Assisting with software and hardware issues.
  • Updating calls and resolutions via our service desk system.
  • Triage and escalation of IT issues within the department.
  • Executing and completing assigned daily jobs/tasks.

Skills & Attributes we're looking for in our Technical Support Analyst:

  • Excellent communication & customer service skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • 2+ years of experience within the IT Industry (preferred technical experience).
  • Computing qualifications/certifications would be advantageous. (CompTIA etc).
  • Experience & knowledge with SIP/Telephony/VoIP would be extremely advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience with Microsoft InTune/ Endpoint Manager would be desirable.
  • Strong problem solving skills and resource management abilities.
