D365 Change Manager
Our client is currently looking for an experienced D365 Change Manager to lead their CRM implementation and upgrade projects with a focus on business change. The D365 Change Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the systems and processes support business objectives and are fit for purpose.
This role is business change-focused and seeks someone who has embedded a CRM into an organization and overseen the business change delivery and transformation.
Key Responsibilities for the D365 Change Manager:
- Lead the end-to-end D365 CRM implementation process with a business change focus.
- Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors and internal resources.
- Review and advise on development solutions to ensure they are fit for purpose.
- Ensure thorough testing of the D365 CRM system, including integration, performance, and user acceptance testing, in coordination with developers and stakeholders.
- Oversee the transition to new versions of the ERP system, providing post-implementation support and addressing day-to-day issues as they arise.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, documentation, timelines, and budgets.
Key Experience for the D365 Change Manager:
- Experience in D365 CRM project management.
- Experience with D365 CRM implementation.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodology and experience/certification with major defined PM approaches, such as Project Management Institute, PRINCE2, and Agile approaches.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, primarily for vendors and internal resources.
- Ability to build relationships with a broad set of stakeholders, across all levels within the organization, showing adaptability in style and approach where necessary.
- Experience in managing business change initiatives.
