Based in the outskirts of Edinburgh you will work in a hybrid fashion (2-3 days onsite) and support several end users from an IT support perspective.
You will act as the IT helpdesk providing first and second line technical support to a number of users across the UK working in the various hubs. For this, you will have experience providing this type of support in a previous role and be well versed in supporting Microsoft technologies (365, SharePoint, Teams etc)
You will get the opportunity to support on project work, implementing new systems as well as helping to train and upskill colleagues.
This role comes with a salary of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum.
