Description

The Corporate Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Providing support to the finance team by managing daily accounting tasks.
  • Ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
  • Accounts Payable.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Standing orders and direct debit posting.
  • Balance sheets.
  • Accounts Receivables.
  • Assisting with other accounting projects as needed.

Profile

The successful Corporate Accounts Assistant should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance or a similar field.
  • Experience using Epicor.
  • Good Knowledge of the accounts payable and receivable process.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to establish priorities, organised to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
