Description
The Corporate Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:
- Providing support to the finance team by managing daily accounting tasks.
- Ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
- Accounts Payable.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Supplier statement reconciliations.
- Standing orders and direct debit posting.
- Balance sheets.
- Accounts Receivables.
- Assisting with other accounting projects as needed.
Profile
The successful Corporate Accounts Assistant should have:
- A degree in accounting, finance or a similar field.
- Experience using Epicor.
- Good Knowledge of the accounts payable and receivable process.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to establish priorities, organised to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
