Business Development Manager - Chessington, Surrey
- We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team based in Chessington
Basic Salary - £ 35,000- 50,000 subject to experience + uncapped commission
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying potential clients and targeting them to create new business opportunities
- Evaluating customer needs and proposing comprehensive Fire & Security solutions
- Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover process from sales to project delivery
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments to provide customers with the latest technology and solutions
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for the Business Development Manager position will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven track record in sales and business development,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Preferred Knowledge of Fire & Security products, systems, and services
- Ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions
- Strong presentation and proposal writing skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
