Role Overview:

As the Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Inside Sales Account Managers, customer success teams, and sales fulfillment operations.

Your primary goal is to foster a high-energy, performance-driven culture while developing tactical sales initiatives that ensure company growth.

This role involves working closely with regional sales directors, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the sales team, providing training, role play, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to position the company for growth.
  • Monitor sales trends and implement initiatives to drive revenue.
  • Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Partner with marketing to support promotions and product campaigns.
  • Lead with a data-driven approach to assess performance and strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of Inside Sales Management experience, ideally in UC and AV industries.
  • Proven leadership in developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience running and growing a similar BD Team
  • Experience selling IT Kit/Hardware etc
  • Experience of selling to End Users
