Location:

South Woodford, E18

Salary:

Up to £32,000 DOE

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (1-hour lunch break)

Employment Type:

Full-time, Office-based

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Business Administrator to join a successful and well-established estate agency in South Woodford. This pivotal position supports the Sales and Lettings team by delivering administrative, marketing, and financial assistance to ensure the seamless running of the office and contribute to delivering exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Property Promotion

  • Prepare high-quality marketing materials including brochures and online content
  • Publish and update property listings across CRM systems and external property portals
  • Create and schedule engaging social media content across various platforms

Sales & Lettings Support

  • Assist with preparing and processing tenancy agreements, sales documentation, and general client correspondence
  • Liaise professionally with landlords, tenants, buyers, and contractors as required

Finance & Payments

  • Raise and issue invoices accurately and promptly
  • Support the setup of supplier and contractor payments
  • Maintain accurate financial records for all relevant transactions and expenditures

Office Administration

  • Manage and order office supplies and ensure adequate stock levels
  • Organise and maintain meeting schedules and room availability
  • Maintain general office presentation and coordinate any required maintenance

PA Duties

  • Provide diary management and appointment scheduling for senior team members
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and bookings when necessary
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, documents, and reports

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Essential:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the property sector
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms
  • Meticulous attention to detail

Desirable:

  • Experience using property CRM systems such as Alto, Vebra, or Reapit
  • Understanding of residential sales and lettings processes
