Located in the heart of Oxted, our school is dedicated to providing a supportive and dynamic educational environment where learning and fun are seamlessly integrated.
Day to Day of the role:
- Delivering engaging and interactive lessons across the curriculum to inspire and motivate young learners.
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity, discovery, and a love of learning.
- Assessing student progress, recording achievements, and providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to enhance the educational experience of our students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience in primary education, demonstrating a track record of fostering student success.
- A strong commitment to inclusive education and the safeguarding of children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
