They will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and sourcing channels
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of applicants
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Maintain accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices
- Build relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources
- Stay updated on industry trends in talent acquisition
- Collaborate with the people team on employer branding initiatives

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner or similar role within a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Solid understanding of employment laws related to recruitment and hiring
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
