We're seeking a motivated and ambitious Project Manager to join our team and support the delivery of diverse property and construction projects. About the Role

As a Project Manager, you'll work closely with senior team members to support the full lifecycle of property development projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with pre-construction services such as due diligence and development appraisals
  • Supporting project and cost management across infrastructure, industrial, commercial, educational, and residential developments
  • Helping manage planning, procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting
  • Liaising with clients, funders, and legal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Learning both project management and quantity surveying functions

You'll be part of a collaborative team and will receive mentorship to develop your skills across all aspects of project delivery.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: Circa £50,000 per annum

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Proactive, approachable, and eager to learn
  • Ideally has some experience or education in Quantity Surveying or Project Management
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
  • Based within a reasonable commute of Ibstock (LE67)
  • Working towards RICS chartership or similar professional development (preferred but not essential)

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible, entrepreneurial environment and is looking to grow into a more senior position over time.
